If you like generous helpings of good homemade English food the Sun and Stars is the place to eat.
Choose from the large selection of imaginative starters, main courses and daily specials cooked in the modern English style or one of the excellent traditional English dishes.
Only fresh food is used. Quality English meat from a local Windsor butcher and fish delivered straight from the docks of Grimsby.
For lighter meals there are salads and jackets, together with a good selection of speciality sandwiches and ploughmans.
On Sundays two traditional roasts are served in addition to the full menu and daily specials.
Vegetarians will be happy with the four excellent choices of main courses and many other options amongst the starters and lighter meals.
Be sure to leave enough room for one of the scrumptious homemade puddings or the selection of English cheeses.
The chef is happy to cook special meals for children but processed food is not available. There are six excellent house wines at £13.75 each and a further selection of popular wines.
Real ales, draught and bottled beers and ciders are also served.
